Isn't the switch located in the door latch housing?

The Good... Got the Centric hub conversion completed. It was an uneventful, simple R/R. Nifty kit complete with hub, rotor, and new nut.

The Bad... I can still hear the noise.

I was concerned it might be the bearings and the wheel was going to fall off, but now I know that's not the case.

I'm just going to let it go like this for a while more, obviously I've already changed the major obvious wear components with exception of the front and rear shocks.

Sometime after we move I'm going to have to get with Patrick and drink a few beers and look around under the truck. Weather will be better by then.

Oh BTW, this rain is GLORIOUS!!! THANK YOU LORD!!!

Will, have you pulled off the torsion bar bushings and greased them? The sound in the video that was posted in your thread sounds like the torsion bars loading and unloading on a 4x4 when making a turn with the 4x4 engaged.

I have a sway bar and I have squirted lube in there but I'm giving up for a couple of months. It's obviously nothing serious, just embarrassing. :o

I did notice the noise is a bit muffled more now though, maybe because everything is wet from the rain. I'll know more tomorrow about that theory, and it may make me think more about water water could be getting into places.

Will have you tried rotating tires front to back? could be slight uneven shoulder wear causing that noise that sounds like bad bearings.

But nevermind you have a "pop" sound not a grumble type sound
