The same mistake twice isn't cost effective or safe. They won't even change what needs changing, but go ahead. I worked 80 hours a week and still managed to do it right.

Just ordered the leaf springs and U-bolts. I've had the shocks sitting on my porch for 3 or 4 weeks and I'm tired of looking at them. I made a 150 mile trip last night and hit a few bumps on the road that would damn near kick the truck sideways going 60-65mph. Plus it seems that it's been clunking a lot more the last 2 weeks.

One of my buddies works at a garage so I went and talked to his boss when I first found out about the problem to see if I could use his lift. He said let him know when I need the garage and he'd give me a key to it for a weekend.

Just stock replacement. I looked around for a week at different shocks and I couldn't make up my mind on what to get. I got the stock shocks for $105 so if later on down the road I find something else I want it's not like I wasted a lot of money one these ones.

Or the F250 ? She did a number on that as well. I had to pull her out behind Home Depot. Crap, can't find those picks!

My dad used to have a Chevy 1500 and I pulled it in the yard one day and the tire spun, not even a full rotation. I got yanked out of the truck and we rolled around on the ground for a while. I don't want to think about what would've happened if I brought it home like THAT!

Tell her to start doing her adventures behind Auto Zone or Advance. A home improvement store isn't going to help if she breaks down

She would probably still walk to O'Riely's for parts, depends what's needed I guess. She does have another mud bog tomorrow, -usually runs the tractor, - pulling them back out. But, she's helping in the concessions booth I believe.

Yea, she had a lifted F250 as well, - with 33's or 35's. Can't recall the tires, either or. I have those pics somewhere, - I'll look again.
