Drove in from Burleson again, this morning. Maggie and Momma are not liking staying in Burleson, but they need to to keep all the plants, trees and grass alive. That little dog clung to me all weekend. Everything I was working on, her nose was right in the middle of it.

Got an even 22 mpg on the trip running at 68 mph and going thru 6 small towns. Also, I feel better about the oil usage. The dipstick is very hard to read due to being so short. It looks as if I will get maybe 2000 or more out of the first quart.

It's no fun doing that, it was pretty hard on my wife when I was living out of a hotel for five days a week when we were closing our Newberry store and then home for Saturday and leave Sunday afternoon. It tooks us five weeks to get the store cleaned out.

She bought the Low fat Cheez-its, so I have to eat twice as many to be satisfied.
