I wish we could do a full inventory every two or three months but 6 stores and 4.5 million average for inventory is a little much to try and do in July when the building season is in full swing. We do cycle counts on our fast moving inventory two or three times a month but it takes us 2-1/2 days to count every thing in all the yards and my last SKU count was north of 13,000 sku's.

Been here since 6:45 and it looks like I am going to get lunch at around 1 or so today. It's bad when you start contemplating how the legal pad on your desk would taste with what ever salad dressing is in the break room fridge.

May have to slip out a little early. Got to get to Brownsboro, pick up burgers and go to my BILs house. Cowboy game starts at 6:30. They play some team out of Miami. LOL
