Back in the day when I was 18-19 I'd carry 3 80lb bags of Concrete or 2 bags of Portland cement on my shoulder.

Now at 20, if I carry 1 80lb bag of concrete I'm spent

I used to carry two sheets of 1/2-4x12 drywall by my self flip it over my back to the other hand and put it down. Now it hurts when I think about it........

At the age of 39, I'm caring a 170-200lb bag of tools up and down flights of stairs everyday.
