I think the cone would to better on more "detailed" rims but I like the extension the mini comes with. More control and keeps the drill away from the rim

I use those power ***** quite a bit. The big one I had to modify a few times, I tear that one up for some reason. I use the smaller round and the cone on rims. Man they get the aluminum looking better than new. That smaller ball also slides right inside zee throttle body, poifectly, -

It worked great on my aluminum rims I spent hours before trying to get off all the calcium and crap off them, passenger side was the worse from deposits off the exhaust. I had each rim looking new in 10 mins. Extremely happy with it

Mom's Marquis is as good as I could get with the G110. I got the hood pretty well cleaned up but there are some spots on the roof and deck lid that are going to need some attention from a rotary. I guess someone made off with my rotary and wool pads so I guess now I get to buy a Flex like I've been putting off for a few months.

Get to do the Miata tomorrow. That should only take 30 minutes or so.
