Just drink some milk and eat some white bread. If you get sick, make yourself throw up. Get it out of your system if you inhaled to much of it. Just a heads up.

Just getting sick really. If you drink milk now and eat some white bread, it will absorb the zinc in your system. Just be sure to drink lots of water afterwards. It will help clean your system out. I've know some guys get sent to the hospital cause they got too much of it. Said that it felt like they was about to die.

Man, those poor soles that got in the way of that. I'd be surprised if no one bought the farm after that one.

Yea, should just grind that galvanize off. If it was dipped. Still, that's nasty stuff.

Yea grinder can be your best friend, before you finally get the prep and settings right.

Also, the zinc in the galvanized steel coating ends up in the center of the weld. After cooling it will usually crack, right down the center lol. Depends how much of it was brought into the weld.

Spraying it with one of those Rus Free guns that hooks up to the air compressor. I can't wait to leave my mark in the parking lots at the stores

Got my CTS installed today. All I can say is . Couple questions though: When I hooked it up to my computer it said I had 5 lvls (stock, tranny only, economy, performance, and extreme) but it just said 'demo' version, I assume it's obviously to just show it. When I plugged it in and got everything installed I only have "tranny only, tow, and extreme". Is there a way to get the other ones, because, correct me if I'm wrong, isn't it really not good to run extreme unless you have a pretty good modded engine?

So, for tonite I ran on tranny only and Jesus Christ! I love the difference, but you have to remember my truck was insanely slow (4.5L, 3.55, 35's). I plugged in my tire size but that's it and on my avg. Economy it said I was getting 16 on my trip, and I even did the 0-60 test and after that it was 17? Wth? I was getting 9 before so I feel like I DEFINITLY have to be missing something?

Any help/ comments appreciated.

Sounds pretty self explanatory to me. Just run WOT all the time

I don't know anything about tunes so I am no help.

I didn't know your truck was an XLT until now, I thought it was an FX4. Also didn't know it was a 4.5L
