Central air and heat. Very modern little place. Three bedroom living room, kitchen/dining room and 2 baths. The landlord pays the water. The highest bill in the summer was $59. The water bill in Burleson was $500.

yea ive seen them on ebay before, just dont know that i trust some of them, and it may take me a while to get it in my truck i dont want to chew up all my warranty just trying to get it installed.

I may go check some local junk yards and see whats available.....

My wife despises the trees I planted when she mows.....cusses about them everytime....

I cuss the trees and the flower beds my WIFE made ME plant, everytime I mow.

One advantage with the new fence is that it keeps our leaves out of our yard....couple of the neighbors were cussing about that this weekend......
