I have to go for my bi-annual DOT physical in about 20 minutes and I hate going to the doctors in general so I am really not looking forward to this. Want to take bets on what my blood pressure is when the nurse takes it?

I am betting on 136/90.

I'm getting a physical this afternoon. I am the same way about doctors. I had my first physical when I was 57.

Mine was 120/65 this morning......not enough smokes or caffine yet......

I don't ever take mine. I let the nurse do it. I inherited high blood pressure, didn't know it till I was 57. Been on meds since then and they keep it normal.
