I considered doing that, but he has some problems and I decided it might just confuse him. I think he is actually trying to do what is right, just has trouble understanding what he's being told. I PMed him a couple of times.

Um.....in my state any dr's bills from an accident get submitted to my insurance company then they give it to the other insurance company if needed.....learn your state's laws on insurance and your rights after an accident.....you might have to pay out of pocket but submit your receipts....talk to your agent.....skip the va on this one......an accident like you had you should have seen someone right away....IMO
