Felt bad for this guy at first......now I'm wondering if php should even write tunes for him....?

I know. But, this is not the first time that Justin has had a problem getting a tune right and would not communicate with the customer. Anyone can run into an unsolvable problem, but it's how you handle those that is the key.

Interesting tidbit about the ecoboost vs the 5.0.....

With the ecoboost engine option it takes 5 years to offset the cost using fuel savings if one had just gotten the 5.0 to start with.....

That is assuming you are one of the lucky ones getting the great mpg out of the EB. Not all are.

This weekend we had an eb guy in the shop with a 26ft camper....he was complaining about not getting the mpgs on the sticker.....he was only getting 12.....my boss asked with or without the camper....the guy said with ......insert face palm....

Apparently the EB runs very rich for a short while, until it warms up. Those with a lot of short trip driving around town may experience a lot less mpg than they are expecting.

You serious that I cant get the posted mileage with 10,000lbs on the back.

I was with ya right up to the point of his posting the snap shot picture of his screen. I understand the pissed off part but some times you just keep things to your self and let the cards lye after you voiced your thoughts.
