Got a text from the guy that bought my 2005. Said he had to take it to the dealer because it would not start. They told him the computer memory was wiped out and reflashed the pcm. There went the custom tune. The tuner no longer works, since it does not have that HEX. What would erase the memory? Sounds fishy to me.

Sounds a lil fishy to me too Jim. Maybe he hit the reset button on the pcm

If he was trying to swap tunes while the truck was running....

Not enough voltage during a tune swap....

Corrupt file....

port/programmer connection wasn't valid.....


Just speculating.....
