Let's start over......
I was getting into my truck the other day after just putting the little guy in the back seat when I felt the truck rocking... Some girl didnt see my truck and backed up into the front end. Bull bar took all the hit, and just ended up with a couple minor scratches on one of the tubes.
Little did I know, my truck is hard to see

Well, I think it's time to ditch my truck and let it be someone else's problem now. I could smell coolant the last couple times when I parked the truck after driving it so I popped the hood when I got home last night and the degas cap was wet with coolant so I think the head gaskets finally gave up at 175,700 miles. There is no tell tale white smoke when the truck is running and no oil in the coolant or vice versa but I'm just tired of throwing money at this thing lately. Going to start looking for either a nice clean low milage older Cummins 12 valve, 7.3L, or a newer 6.4L F350 or see if I can find a nice Chassis cab and put a Western Hauler bed on it.

Maybe it's time to go with an F150 EB.

Good luck on the hunt, hope you stick with a Ford though.
Thank's Matt, it doesn't make financial sense for me to an engine swap on it because of how much I still owe on the truck. It's a $10,000 dollar job to do a swap and around $5500 to do gaskets and ARP head studs. I want to stay with Ford but I really like the reliability and ease to work on the Cummins motors even though I don't really like the wrapper the motor comes in.
