Did some research on the gun and all I come up with is it is either a .32 or .38. I found the brand name on it. Here's what I know about it.

Got it all taken apart and cleaned up. The picture with the gun on wooden surface looks just like the gun I have but blued.

made it back from Waco. Ran down there for a quick weekend get away. Pulled almost 30mpg in the Escape headed down there

nevermind, just entered in the data on my spreadsheet. We go 33 mpg going to Waco (120 miles using 3.5 gallons) using cruise, no AC and keeping the speeds at 60mph
