Well at least growing up in the New Orleans area in the 50's and 60's was quite an experience.

If the truck is in park and not running but the key in and I turn the wheel back and forth i hear a banging sound. I took a video but what do you think that is? It did it before and after the shaft change. Is the rack bad?

Did you check the nut behind the wheel?
