If we really wanted to have some fun we could have dragged the Tannerite out.

Jim, this was on the range after all the kids shot their qual for reginonal's. If I wanted to use a gun on the golf course they make an adapter for AR-15's that threads on to the barrel and you use blanks to launch your golf ball.

After getting home last night, mowed the yard right quick. Picked some plums, tomatos, potatoes and broccoli from the neighbors garden. Then, went to my BILs place and mowed most of the "yard" and the area in front of the barn. Finally got to sit on the back porch and watch a beautiful moon come over the horizon. Sure miss that guy. We spent some good times sitting on that porch at sun down. Maggie keeps looking for him, can't figure out where he is.

I know how hard its to lose those who were close.......

The key is to keep alive your memories of him and all the good times you had together....

Sounds like yer neighbor is a good gardener....enjoy

Yep, he does a nice garden every year. The rains ruined the onion crop this year. He also has squash and cabbage. And sunflowers for the birds.
