He probably has the music cranked up so loud he doesn't hear the noise.

I have the Vent Shades on my truck and I love being able to run in the rain with the back windows down as well as being able to leave the windows cracked at work with no fear of my truck being flooded if I'm gone and cant role the windows up. I really don't notice a difference in noise level at all.

Got my usual Sunday night 4 hours of sleep last night, sure could use a nap.

x2 no noise... they are extremely common now adays. Keeps it cool in the heat and when it rains.
