Power is back. Out almost 2 hours. had to go pee and of course it was dark, but I knew where the urinal was. As I finished, I realized I never heard any water splash. The janitor may have a mess to clean up.

Hand fitted a new Ed Brown arched mainspring housing to my 1911 last night. It was a bit of a PITA to do but it was a fun project none the less now the only thing to do is pull it back out redrill the hole so the pin that holds it in place fits and finish the exposed raw edges. I also changed out the cheap plastic grip for some Hogue rosewood fancy grips.
