Anyone else down there in Texas look like Stealth's and pulls a bass boat?

I was watching the Weather Channel footage of houston's flood and there was a black f150 with '08 22" HD wheels pulling a bass boat....the water was over the axels....

 

A Stealth sighting!!!!
