Yeah exactly, plus I'm going to get a new vehicle after school anyways so while I can get something for my truck (esp about what I paid when I bought it since I got such a good deal) it's worth it now. Some dealers have 2012 5.0 Supercrews with chrome package for 32-34k msrp 41-43k. It will last me a long time and this way I can keep it how I want from the start. Plus the warranty would last me 2 years past college and I have a nice truck to get me through.

You're young yet but further down the road you'll find out that a lot of things we have and use have upkeep costs.....

I use to hear the Sailor on a concrete sea back in the early '70's when I drove a tanker for Texaco on the Charlie Douglas Road Gang show. This was an all night radio show from 11pm to 5am on WWL in New Orleans. 50,000 watt clear channel station that could be heard all over the U.S. I finally got this song on a CD after many year's of searching. Many of the old truck's, even the cab over Ford's, I got to drive back in the 70's. No fun without power steering in downtown New Orleans making deliveries.

Last week I got an itch for a new truck. I built a 2013 F150 FX4, Ruby Red with about every option. 6.2 and 3.73's. It came to a little over $51,000. That fixed me right up

After that I did a Shelby GT500. It was around $61,000
