Well, started spraying the exhaust manifold studs with PB Blaster. I'm going to try to do it every other night until I tear into it. Hopefully next weekend I can start it. I am NOT looking forward to doing the passenger side at all.....or the drivers side really Depending how long I have my buddies garage tied up I also planning on putting in new O2 sensors, PCV valve and clean the MAF and TB.
Personally I think I should be entitled to that garage anytime I please after this weekend. This weekend I'm helping him load and unload 300 bails of hay

Note.....the 4.6 2v still have them though.....

You do not haveanactual PCV valve on the 5.4 3v. it is part of the valve cover all it is, is a restrictor in the baffles. the wires if you have them are a heating element that the computer turns on when it is below like 40 or 50degrees. no need to change it......but if you'd really like to then open yer wallet....
