Even East Texas was part of Louisiana according to the map of the purchase!

I use Tabasco on about everything in place of salt and pepper...egg's too!

Never heard of Frank's...in a pinch I'll use Crystal or Louisiana Red hot sauce. Everybody down here uses hot sauce. Ou,ya ya!
