Let's start over......
Got the truck up on the rack today. Took the inspection plate off the bellhousing to find that the flex plate shattered, there's nothing left of it. I can spin the torque converter with my finger. Hopefully that's the only problem and it'll be up and running before the weekend.

Ya, $100 for a flex plate and bolts is a lot better than $1500 or so for a tranny. I've had a noise at start up for the last year probably and it was the same noise it recently started making when the converter would lock up, just not quite as loud. I always assumed it was the timing chain/phasers making noise since it would only last a couple seconds. I'm thinking the flex plate must of had a crack in it all this time.
After I get it fixed I may wait a few weeks to make sure everything's ok with it and get my wheels and tires I've been wanting for damn near 3 years I figure I was going to spend the money on a transmission anyways so why not.

John, why would you not want email tunes? I was very happy with the tunes I got from Troyer for my F150 and now the tunes I got from IDP for my F350. When I did the tunes for the F350 I sent my Xcal to IDP and had them put the tunes on it instead of emailing them.
