Last week, the air cond broke and I almost died in my office. Had to go to anothe building to work. They got it fixed, it's freezing in here!

in pain.....

36+ hours after the accident right now...arms shoulders neck thighs ankles all still throbbing with pain....massive headache and back spasms too....

That's my normal day.

Hope you get to feeling better. I do know your pain quite well though.

Linch time. I had to buy jeans last night, I forgot they changed the training dress code to no shorts. I can wear shorts at work but not for training
