We had 4 people and 300 gal. of fuel and it hit 42 mph in choppy water. That's not too bad...nice with the cuddy cabin to get out of the weather. Son in law can really handle the boat from year's of running his late dad's big shrimp trawler. Boat was easy to launch and pick up too. The F-250 pulled it out of the water like a 16' boat!

Got the Expy out this morning to run into Fort Worth. Never started it after replacing the battery a while back. Decided it might need a run. That old 5.4 2v runs like a scalded ape. Rolled over 9800 miles. 9801.4 to be exact.
