You have to be much more than a teacher...referee...adviser...animal trainer!!

Good luck John! When I get older I'd look at teaching a trade. Hopefully I excell at welding lol

Time to go and fire up the Zero turn before the thunderstorms start. Rain everyday this week so far.

It's going well! Been working after hours on the floor for OT. I like it but I think I'm the type of person that needs to own their own business down the road. Needs to be run my way and things done a certain way. I've learned a lot of my boss and the financial controller. That's why I hope I do well with welding. I've got the degree and continue to gain experience and so far working at a university, large corporation and now a small one I see things that work and many that' don't.

The storm's have been coming in around 1 pm but not dumping too much rain. Sun will come out in between storm's then cloud up and rain again until 6 pm. It's actually been helping keep the temp's down to the low 90's. No real torrential rain just enough to make the grass grow like crazy!

Glad to hear thing's are going well. Didn't know you like welding that much!

I haven't started yet but I'm trying to get into a course in the fall. First big project will be my exhaust. I like fabrication... so many things you can do

I'm lucky...one of my son in law's is an engineer and the other is a specialty welder plus he teaches welding.

fired my hearing specialist....he moved in with a large hospital group and shut the doors on his independent practice....never carried or transferred his pending appointments either....found a different doctor today....hopefully he has got a better remidy for the tinitus...

No offense, but why? Sounds like it would be downgrade in pay, no? But congrats if that's what you've wanted to do or it's an interest of yours!
