Its crow or pigeon around here, guess I'll just have to start scavenging more apple pie from grandma to get through the winter

We have LOTS of crows and their cousins, the bluejays. Lots of cardinals too.

We have tons of crows and those damn flying rats. Very rare to see a bluejay up here though.

nah....don't really care for the birds...unless they are clay. lol

I'm excited for December, Axis/fallow/whitetail hunting in Mountain Home, TX (over by junction).....I need a bigger rifle though.....that youth .243 just doesn't cut it for a 20 yr old....

Only other birds we have lots of are sparrows and some kind of small all black song bird. Used to have grouse living a few blocks away in a small patch of trees/brush

If I was going to eat squirrel, might as well eat possum, armadillom and cotten tails. Have plenty of those.

shoot, just go down to your daughter's...we are being over run with dillo's and cotten tails down there!

LOTS of gulls, oh I hate those things. Havent seen a possum here, lots of coons and had a couple run ins with badgers.

Yeah, forgot about the coons. They stay around the creek areas. Lot os skunks.

We had a pair of dove that would feed in our back yard every eve. One disappeared, and they mate for life, so now we just have the one coming every eve. Has a nest nearby, somewhere.

so if that happens, do they find another mate? or do they just go on being lonely??

Skunks are everywhere around here, been problems with rabies in those recently. Was so bad last year, had one chase the dog, after that I started loading the gun with buckshot when I left the truck untill I got to the little island I hunt from.

They stay solo, same with foxes I believe and a few other animals.
