Nice. I really wanna go back to Vegas just see the shop finished. They were still moving in when we were there last year. Got lucky and caught an unofficial tour.

If any of yal ever have to file a insurance claim with ACCC General insurance i wish you luck. What a bunch of idiots there!

So far they are not budging on the cost of the explorer, they offered $1000 and dad keep the vehicle. Dad went to his attorney today and he typed up a letter with his letter head and sent it to the insurance company certified. Maybe that will show them he is serious.

I took it yesterday to get a estimate and it came to 5400 dollars. I know dad doesnt expect to get that amount but they need to do better than a grand.

Since it was a nice day and temps in the 60's I opened the sun roof and headed down to Grand Isle to check on the camp...took a few pics while there. Averaged 19.6 mpg which ain't too bad for a 4x4 Screw.

Thanks Jim....nice to have a getaway so close (50 miles) that's like a mini Galveston! Got to get ready for my grandson's Christmas band concert at the local high school at 6:30...always something going on around here in this sleepy little town!

Thanks...the ship is an offshore supply boat that carries material to the oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico. It's actually one of the smaller ones.

Morning!

How come doctors can be in such a hurry for you to get tests done but take their sweet time getting the results back to you?

Last tests I had, I ended up having to call to get results.

Jim, I called the other day they didn't have them yet and the nurse chuckled when I asked if they had the results which really pissed me off. I figured since my doctor was so insistent to get the test done right away to make sure I didn't keel over dead from a heart attack they would have the same urgency about getting the results back.

I haven't been able to do anything strenuous for 2 weeks now and I'm going stir crazy looking at things I need to get done which isn't helping my stress level at all.

My doctor's nurse, when I called, said they had not called me yet since the results were all good. It had been 10 days, I wanted to know if they were good or not.
