Made a last minute trip to ft worth, jumped in the impala and set the cruise on 80 for the 250 miles. Display shows 31.8 mpg.. I'm pretty happy with that. Filled it up just under a 1/2 tank on 20bucks, made the trip and its still not to half a tank.So guessing it took about 15 bucks for the trip.

Sorry to hear, Jimmy. Where are the services going to be -- back out in your old stomping grounds out West?

I'm REALLY wanting to pick up a little "runner" car to dink around in. I'm tired of firing up the truck every time I just need to run to the corner store. Yes, I did buy the truck to drive it, and I know that's what it's for, but it would be nice to jump in something and run some errands without caring where I park or how the weather is. And it would be cool to have the truck loaded with stuff or hooked to the boat and still be able to leave it and go somewhere quickly. Not to mention the miles I'm racking up!

Coy, how much do you want for that Cavalier of yours?
