Cypress swamp close to my house.

A little different place to take a daily walk...in a few months it may turn into a run when the snakes come out!
That's awesome! Different from where I live but every part of the country has it's own special beauty.

I have to share a picture of my visitors this morning. A mama and her calf. It was pretty cool watching them. This is about 100 feet from my back door:

About to order slotted rotors and good pads for the truck.. Hopefully the new ones will last more than 25k miles before warping.. at almost 50k they are flat out junk and getting dangerous

Had 87,000 on the 2011 and still lots of pad left. You go too fast and have to use brakes a lot more.

984# of scrap metal only brought $72

I was a little disappointed, lol

but on a positive note, only squatted the truck about an inch and a half

The rotors are the main problem.. Im sure the pads are fine. Might as well replace with all new.
I have towed 7000lbs multiple times and a couple closer to 9k with this truck and i'm sure that's one of the reasons for the shorter rotor life.

Just ordered the slotted and drilled powerstop rotors with the severe truck and towing pads for $202.. Pretty good deal.

The dust out there probably contributes as well
