Yup.. Sad thing is the truck probably runs a 15 flat stock in the quarter mile stock. He's spent no telling how much on the mods to gain just a couple tenths if that.

Once I "raced" my brother. Mine pulled so hard I chirped the tires one the 1-2 shift Someday I'd love a blower on low boost. I wish it had a hair more power at times, but for what I do, it does the job just fine.

It was probably the serpentine belt you heard slipping....common on the n/a 5.4 3v

2v 5.4 also.. My KR always did it after putting the Edge Tuner on it.. Buddies 02 does it also when wide open and it shifts into 2nd
