Went to the lake yesterday and took my daughter to an amusement park....

88 -- is that Okoboji....???

I went to the National Impala Convention there this time last summer and it looks similar to what I remember?

Love the '63 Ford -- I have always really liked that body style! And those retractable hard tops always draw lot of attention!

The last "Hemmings's Classic Car" I read did a story about the lead engineer of Ford's retractable hard top project -- he's like 95-years-old now and living in some retirement community down in Arizona. It must have really been something to have worked in the automotive industry during it's heyday back in the '50's when the Big Three absolutely ruled the world!!!!

2nd great deal of the day!! 2012 painted bumper off a platnium, 85 bucks!!! I'm getting one of those looks from the wife about my buying spree today but they were to great to pass up. these bumper sells for 200 up to 300 bucks.

Yep....took the wife and daughter there....did Arnold'sPark...Queen II boat tour around the lake...we go there once or twice a summer....ate at a new place to us...it's called Dukes....flipping totally awesome food...surf style type
