Let's start over......
The truck and I had quite a little adventure last night. An old friend of mine called saying she got her car stuck in mud in the back of her property. She went out to inspect a new fence they just put up on the back of the property. It's been monsooning here lately, and she didn't realize her back yard had pretty much turned into a retention pond. Then her dad came out to get her and he got his truck stuck trying to get to her Her husband was out of town, so I drove down there and snatched them both out. It was cool to use the 4x4 for what it's for, especially since I don't get a chance to use it that often
I only got one picture because it was so rainy and getting dark. Here's her Lincoln MKX and his '05 Lariat buried in the muck. I had to put it in low range to get his truck out because it was so slick out there and it was pretty much buried to the axle.

Yes quite a bit. The government has destroyed the trucking industry. SCR, DEF doser valves, 1 boxes, egr coolers, regen issues. I've never seen anything like it. The amount of trucks that are constantly in the shop is concerning to me. Some of the trucks are just basket cases. It's awful. Job is OK, not in love with it. I'd love to drive for UPS. Still get to deal with people, but I miss moving around more and driving.
