I must have turned it off by accident. Not sure when it happened.

How much rain did you boys end up getting up in DFW? I'm already heading up there the middle of next week to look at a job in the Love Field area and am trying to decide if I need to budget another day in town just in case -- if you got a bunch of rain this morning, the answer is probably "yes".....

Nothing but a few sprinkles down here this morning, but tomorrow is supposed to be a wash-out.....

The boy and I are bachelors this weekend -- the wife is off with a bunch of her friends to celebrate one of the girl's 40th birthday. The girl is supposedly all depressed because she's turning 40 and isn't married with kids -- as a guy I would be thinking, "WINNING!!!!!".......

Since Saturday is shaping up to be rainy I was thinking about taking the boy to the new 007 flick, but then I saw that it was over 2-1/2 hours long -- that might be too long for a 9-year-old. I guess we could always default to the Peanuts movie......

Rain last night. Heavy Tstorms including a short distance weak tornado over in FW direction

Nothing this morning. Dry roads coming into work. Gorgeous day out there

Every time I start to hit the order button on my tires something happens. So far this week dish washer went out, then the garage door motor. Got everything taken care of. Tonight got the tires back in my shopping cart and just about to hit the button and the wife informs me fridge is blowing hot air. FML.. On hold again

It must've been when a EB flew past you and you downshifted it manually to get those high rpms going in hopes of catching it but the tail lights just kept getting smaller, then clicked the + button to go back to cruise mode.

Welcome to the wonderful world of home ownership! If you end up buying a new fridge, make sure you don't contact "Jamzwayne" for delivery......

The New Orleans Queen of Soul...this song was from the early 60's during my high school days and I think about this song when it's raining!

Had a radiator flush done today. Figured 10 year old radiator fluid isn't good anymore.

I'm just over the 10-year-mark with my F-150 as well and even though I have very few miles (a tad over 3000) on the truck, I have thought about doing a brake fluid and coolant flush as preventative maintenance. I have also thought about pushing it out to 12-years before I do this service just because of the low miles on the vehicle. Any thoughts, boys.....???

I took moms 99 cougar with 11k miles this year to get transmission, coolant and brake fluid done. Pulled up to the dealership and they looked at me like i was stupid. Said it did not need to be done for a very long time. Went to Avis lube to get it inspected and they told me the same thing. Then suggested that the brake fluid be done so moisture doesn't screw with the system. Figured 2 places that basically turned down a few hundred dollars for maintenance knows what they are talking about. So got the brake fluid done and that was it

I'd do brakes and coolant. Trans should be fine.

Spent most of today working on my headlights, freaking tired. Getting close
