Adjusting to the "true" market price....aka the national average

10 states saw the increase while the other 40 saw a decrease

Waiting for the weather to warm up...dropped into the mid 40's last night. Need to wash my truck for the Christmas parade tomorrow night and I want it to look good pulling the float.

Only one day this year that I've seen frost and that was about a week ago. We should be in the mid 60's by this evening but better then the 80's like we had a few days ago. Ought to be perfect for the tree lighting tonight and the parade tomorrow night. Everyone in this small town comes out for these events.

Even with an uptick the price of gas is extremely low by historical standards right now -- we need to enjoy whatever window we get because these prices are not going to last for more than a narrow window of time.

I laugh at all the people who are rushing out to buy big SUV's right now because the price of gas is low, and in another couple of years these same folks will be desperately trying to dump them at a loss when the price of gas goes back to $3.00+ per gallon. Most people are complete and utter idiots when it comes to financial issues......

If you are REALLY smart, now is the time you go out and buy a new compact or mid-size car because the temporary drop in fuel prices is making these vehicles "white elephants" on the dealer lots right now.....

Hey -- I'm in a foul mood this morning after watching the hated Green Bay Packers pull off that "W" last night! I think they have the Cowboy's next, so we know how that one is probably going to end up.......

I turned off the TV when I saw there was a penalty and going to be one more play. Was shocked when I saw the news this morning.

Had to find a jacket to put on this morning to wash the truck....in the high 40's with a 10 mph wind. Now it's in the low 60's and the wind calmed down so its about perfect for me. All I have to do is dust off the interior and I'm through. We have to line up at 4PM tomorrow and they have 45 floats in the parade and takes about 3 hrs to go through town.
