That's what I use...they use to make a blended syrup called Southern Blend but I haven't seen it in awhile. Also like the Brer Rabbit cane syrup that's hard to find also. Taking a break from helping MawMaw because everyones coming to our house tonight and we're leaving Saturday morning to go to Charlotte, N.C. Merry Christmas to you and your family!

Don't remember ever seeing the Southern Made. Bet I would like it. I like the Steen's with buttered biscuits.

Hope your family has a great Christmas as well. We are loading up, will head out this afternoon for the 5 hour trip to South Texas. Traffic will be horrible.

www.brerrabbit.com/products/brer-rabbit-full-flavor-syrup/

Another exotic syrup...they had a syrup refinery in the New Orleans area years ago and this is what I loved as a kid. The Brer Rabbit stories were started at the Laura Plantation in Vacherie, La. They were believed to be told by slaves to their young children in the 1800's.

Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!! 81 degrees and humid is not Christmas weather...leaving in the morning for North Carolina so hopefully we'll find some cooler weather.
