my daughter and her basketball team ended up being the champions yesterday....the tourney was held in a rival town....there were some unhappy and stumped parents from there by the time the game was done...our girls played 5 games and 3 of them were the rival town's teams

Mom's Schnauzer passed away last night. She got to where she wasn't eating very much. Mom took her to the vet Thursday morning and the stupid woman was 100 percent sure it was because of a rotten tooth. Pulled the tooth and gave her pain meds, antibiotics and sent them out the door. She kept getting worse and she called yesterday saying she could hardly walk, blood coming out of her mouth and seemed almost like she was dying. I swung by the house and we went to the emergency vet. Turns out her temp was 97 degrees (normal is 101 to 102) and she was diabetic. The vets scale only went to 600 on the blood sugar and the dog was topping the scale, they had no idea how high it was. After about 3 hours of emergency care she passed away. Pisses me off that the vet diagnosed her wrong, her dogs are what she lives for and are the most pampered dogs you will ever see. It was like losing a kid to her.
The truck had to sit outside last night, it got down to 21 and covered in frost. First time I have ever used the rear defrost. Didn't even know where the button was .
Going to take it back to the dealer and have them activate the remote start options on the display. Apparently they forgot that step and it doesn't show up. Truck only runs for 5 mins before shutting off. Kinda pointless to have right now.
