Got all the wood replaced that needed it. Next I have to wash it down, then stain. Heavy part is done.

Saw on the news where some softball size stones went through house roofs.

Yup seen several people had large holes in the roof, all the way through the attic and through the ceiling drywall.

Scary stuff for sure

Rained out today finishing up the deck. Tornado warning woke us up at 5:30 am. About 2 inches of rain fell this morning but more headed this way.

More rain coming off and on until Friday when it's supposed to clear. Last two weeks have been perfect so I guess I have no room to complain.

In New Braunfels tonight -- have to look at a job up around Canyon Lake in the morning. Staying over an extra night so I can take my niece (the one I gave my old '97 Ranger to) out for dinner tomorrow evening. She's going to school down in Sequin, which is about 15 miles away, and she told me she was going to let me take her to a "really expensive" place for dinner -- turns out it's The Gristmill.....

I guess "expensive" is a relative term when you're a poor college student.....
