Wow...had to turn the heater on last night. First time since last year...got down to 35 this morning but sunny and light wind. With the humidity we get 35 feels like in the 20's. Used the heater in my truck last night for the first time since last year also! AC may be needed tomorrow since its supposed to get up to 75 degrees....

Seems like everyone is getting hit with some "Winter" weather. Last winter it didn't even dip below freezing or snow. This week the snow added up to 6-10" depending on where in the area. Buses and vehicles stuck everywhere mostly due to it being around freezing and the hills being pretty slick. Also, too many BMW drivers running POS summer tires.

It's been cold here but only one snow fall so far. I know they got hammered with snow just north of me. We're suppose to get 1-3" tomorrow and another 1-3 tomorrow night. That's fine with me, I'm on vacation this week so I'll just drink my beer and watch it come down

Looks like the 2.7 Ecoboost is not available as a crate motor yet. I was wondering if it will bolt into the Mercury

The 3.5 EB is narrower than the 4.6 is

Make a 3.5 EB Panther. Probably be a 13 second car with a tune

Washing the truck today. I don't know why I let it go so dirty. pain in the butt to get clean. I need to find a good product to spray on the frame etc to knock alot of the road film off and make it look good again.

If you know someone who would let you put it up on their lift I would think you could get it looking pretty good with just a long-handled scrub brush, a bucket of sudsy water and a hose.

Or you could do like I'm doing with
the Ranger -- scooting around underneath it with a creeper and painstakingly cleaning every nook and cranny by hand -- probably not practical for a daily driver.....lol

yea, I'm not that OCD thank goodness

I think I'm going to try some simple green tomorrow. Spray on then get down and pressure wash it. I'm already missing the cavalier and it's only been 3 weeks. If I still had it the truck would be a heck of a lot cleaner. I still have dad's wrecked M Class that I drive around. just ended up I was in the truck and got caught in the rain, then decided since it was dirty I'd keep driving it instead of getting 2 vehicles dirty. ended up it backfired with a nasty truck and days of rainy driving.
