Let's start over......
Closed on two houses simultaneously today. Sold one, then moved to the other side of the table and bought one lol. Spent the rest of the day moving. Still more to move tomorrow. Exhausted, but grateful to be in the new place tonight.
The uhaul I rented is a brand new F-650 with the V10. Forgot they still made the V10 for commercial use. I've had a good bit of fun driving it around.

woo hoo..... traded in the ram company truck today for a f150. Dang I forgot just how nice they are to drive. nothing special but a 13' super crew came available vs. a 14' quad cab ram.
Now don't get me wrong the ram wasn't a bad truck, just needed a bigger back seat, as the f150 isn't nothing more than an XLT.

Hope everyone had a nice Christmas. Just got back yesterday from the wife's sisters house in Frederick, Md. We took the dually and had it loaded down pretty good..2,300 miles round trip and it handled the rain and snow pretty good. Coming back it was 15 degrees in Virginia with a single digit chill factor. Glad to be home in this 63 degree weather we had today!!
What's up stranger?
I've been thinking about dropping my 2K4 STX...and since you know a lot about lowering a truck, you'd be the person to ask.
What's the best product for the price? I'm one of those poor white-folk on a budget. Would it be possible to get it done for under $500?
I'm thinking 2" in the front, 3" in the rear, and I'd like to keep the ride as smooth as possible.
Thanks.
