As a challange, I once ate a cup full of those things after they had been run through a blender. With Tostitos. After the second bite, I didn't feel anything and the trick was to keep eating. After the stuff was gone, I accepted the accolades and hurriedly left.

There is a restaurant in Sugar Land that spreads slices of those things on top of the cheese on their meat dishes. Fire!

 

All I can say is OUCH!!!! I love fresh baked jalapeno cheese bread.

 

I love the peppers stuffed with cheese, battered and then fried. Poppers.

Edit: Just to play along. I love jalapeno's going in but not coming out. So I stay away from hot stuff.
