Well my wife called for my cholesterol test results and I must say that I am a bit shocked at what the numbers are. Now mind you I am not the worlds greatest eater in the world and I eat alot of fast food because of travel and schedule during the week as well as being about 50 pounds over weight from driving a desk for a living.

Total: 119
HDL: 43
LDL: 66
TRI: 46 (should be below 150)

You might want to demand a recount!

Those are very good.

My cholesterol has always been in the "upper safe" numbers, so I have never worried about it. I need to lose about 15 pounds. My problem is that I can lose it if I try hard enough, I just don't have the will power to keep it off. I generally lose a few in the summer and put them back on in the winter. I like to eat all the bad stuff.

I know what you are saying I used to drop 30 pounds in about six weeks when summer came and I started working outside and making more deliveries.
I like things that arent very good for me way to much for some reason.

Bowl of chili, cheeseburger, and fries. Always a good choice.
