Texas is great. We're surrounded by idiots but keep them at bay.

NTB, down the street. They're on now.

The tires are directional, I made sure to tell the guy at the counter that, and that I wanted the fronts on the rear and the rears on the front. The counter guy wrote down my statement on the W/O.

Well, I got the truck and looked at the tires, and they did what I wanted, but they put the rears on the wrong side. Had to make them swap sides.

It was funny, After I told the counter guy that the tires were directional he said It's what we do, we know. I smirked, knowing they'd f-up. Sure enough they did, so I made the comment that Those directionals sure are tricky.

Thankfully I'm not a tire pro like they are, but I'm smart enough to know how they go on.

lol Yeah, well if the shoe fits...

It's fun to point out the mis-mounted directionals in people's pics here too.

I've seen it about once a year since I've been here.

Somehow I got my wireless network adapter to work again. Still trying to get my USB ports to recognize anything. I have a hand me down 2G ipod in one and it's charging, but the comp won't recognize it, or anything for that matter.

Got the keypad door handle installed today. Took about 2 hours with Maggie's "help". Stuff kept walking off. The hardest part was getting the plastic plugs for the speaker screws out and then getting the rods unhooked from the old handle. My hand was too big to work in the space. Also had a time getting the cover off the plug in the door. Again, too little space. The door panels have come a long way from when I worked on my 54 and all the 65 Mustangs.
