The drug blackmarket or blackmarkets in general are created by demand and the fact that those things are against the law. Remember when the US govt tried to make booze against the law? They created a blackmarket that was unstoppable until they made booze legal again. After the law was repealed the blackmarket disappeared. So drinking booze was a crime against society unil it was made legal again? Is it still a crime against society?

Making victomless crimes illegal, creates blackmarkets, which can promote victom crimes like murder, assult ect. Make them legal, regulate them through the govt, and tax them and victom crimes related to blackmarkets will go way down.

A drug dealer's (or anyone's)victom crimes are his/her own. He or she decided to kill, assult, harm someone else, or their property of their own free will.

Crimes against yourself is a good example of a single consenting adult. If you are OK with it and it doesn't hurt anyone else or their property then it should be legal. But whats legal and what should be are two different things.

I respect that not everyone will agree with this but thats ok. Try to keep an open mind out there.
