Is something wrong with me?

So, cleaning up my computer at work, I noticed I have way too many excel spreadsheets.

1. My Academic Plan - Planning out each semester til graduation
2. Budget - My monthly bill schedule
3. Bills - Listing monthly expenses
4. Fuel Analysis Worksheet - Tells you more than you want to know about fuel
5. Money Owed - Misc. and recurring debts
6. My future - The next 7 months of my life's bills/expenses planned out
7. pws - my passwords/logins
8. ROI - Return on Investment worksheet
9. Wants - Things I want, how much I have to work to get them, and connected to the ROI worksheet.

Nothing wrong with you at all. Goal Setting and Organization are 2 key ingredients in having financial stability.

I am totally serious when I say this also, but you should think about a career in sales if you haven't decided what you want to do yet after graduation. I think you would be good at it, and you can make a lot of money. Just my .02

Keep it up.

My wife is borderline OCD....extremely organized along with the cleanliness of the house. It drives me nuts sometimes but I've learned to live with it. At least the house is always spotless and there's a special spot for everything (which randomly changes depending on her mood)

That was my thought... just making sure I wasn't completely insane.

I just spent about 30 minutes cleaning my desk and reorganizing sticky notes.

I'm about to pick up a second job for the summer to fund my wants and get rid of some stupid debt.

Exactly what I do... possibly even more in depth.

I also have another one...

10. Driving Offender Log - Things that go wrong on the road. Like people cutting me off, speeding, running red lights, not using turn signals, road rage incidents, etc. I keep it on my laptop in an Access database... I've got many queries I've made, along with many reports, such as a yearly report, monthly, quarterly, and daily report. Along with a nice, handy-dandy form.

No, you're not bad. Guy I work with has an Excel spread sheet of what would happen if he won the lottery. He enters in X amount, then it tells him what he'd get after taxes, how much he could spend per day for 50 years, how much his kids would get, how much church would get, etc. It's crazy.

There is nothing wrong with you my child. You are perfect just the way I created you.

The world needs good actuaries. Think of State Farm in your future.

And know this. Living debt free, having goals (and plans to achieve them), and having the will to work toward them is a wonderful thing.

Jehovah or yehwah are both names for Jesus. I suspect this is the alter-ego of some F-150 online member. Too much spare time
