Interesting.

Just in case anyone would like a broader perspective:

The Minority Report-Ron Suskind "Bush Hit Piece" Book Out Today -- Is It An Election Year Already?

That Saddam Hussein maintained several terrorist training camps throughout Iraq, such as the infamous Salmon Pak has never been called into question. That those training camps were used by various outside terrorist groups, including Muslim Brotherhood, Hezbollah, Hamas and even al-Qaeda has also not been in dispute.

Perception

What can we really do about this stuff?
It was all bologna.
Of course the white house forged everything about this war. This is almost as bad as Vietnam, except it is harder to hide in the dessert. I totally believe the white house did everything it could to push us into war. All for the "economy" and egos. I think liberal/conservative is hogwash too. It's mind games.
The only things government should debate, discuss, and legislate are:
Welfare/Healthcare
Taxes
Infrastructure
Energy
Foriegn Policy
Commerce
Law

You can leave the gay marriage, religion, green peace, etc.. out of the equation. Since we are paying for the services of the government, I prefer they spend more time making us a truly independent, healthy nation. Take care of our own FIRST!
Stupid idiots. I have ZERO respect for any politician.

Here is another brief article about the coverage Suskinds book is getting. You have to scroll down just about to the bottom of the page. Do it slowly though, as there is some interesting stuff on the way.

Wit, this Suskind guy says he has "recorded" proof of his findings. It's going to be interesting to watch because I've been hearing "impeachment", "congressional involvement" and "criminal acts" circulating on the airwaves. By the way, Jack Cafferty, that guy cracks me up. God bless him. - Og

the senate vote sharply divided democrats, with 29 voting for the measure and 21 against. All republicans except sen. Lincoln chafee of rhode island voted for passage.

Ahead of the vote, senate majority leader tom daschle announced thursday morning he would support bush on iraq, saying it is important for the country "to speak with one voice at this critical moment."

daschle, d-south dakota, said the threat of iraq's weapons programs "may not be imminent. But it is real. It is growing. And it cannot be ignored."
hmmmm....

washington (cnn) -- sen. Hillary rodham clinton said she is not sorry she voted for a resolution authorizing president bush to take military action in iraq despite the recent problems there but she does regret "the way the president used the authority."
hmmmmm.....

The House voted 296-133 to give Bush the authority to use U.S. military force to make Iraq comply with U.N. resolutions requiring it to give up weapons of mass destruction. Across the Capitol, a companion measure cleared a procedural vote by a wide margin earlier Thursday and drew the support of the chamber's Democratic leader.
More HMMMMMM....

I cannot believe we ended Saddams life... he was such a pleasant guy...

Meanwhile, Saddam is standing trial in another case related to the 1988 “al-Anfal” (the spoils) campaign against Iraqi Kurds, who opposed his brutal regime. Approximately 4,000 villages were destroyed and 180,000 Kurds liquidated in a series of mass murders designed to break down all resistance to his dictatorship.
I guess it could be said that any Democrat who voted against overthrowing Saddam....was a supporter of a MASS MURDER...

I think the Dems should face trial for human rights violations... Or maybe Gangsta boy should kick each one in the nuts/labia...
