x2! Don't you pay for satellite radio for the "minus" censorship? This will be my last year if they start pulling that bull crap. FM radio is starting to sound real good to me. - Og

You know I bought a beater car (Escort) back in the spring when gas surged and I have had no Sat radio on my daily ride to work, since we already have two units and I am not adding a third. To tell you the truth, I really have not missed it, it has been nice to listen to some of the local sports stations and the local music stations seem to have got a lot better. I will not hesitate to pull the plug on Satellite if this is the path it is taking. Now I am starting to wounder why it took the government so long to pass this merger

But hey Ford#1.....
Why is that list all broken up ? I can't even find my favorite Serius channel.... 'Lithium' listed on there ? Yet I listened to it today......
Do they have a "complete, unbroken, numerical list" ???
Speaking of which, I saw this post this morning, and thought, "Well that sounds kind of crappy"....but then kind of forgot about it. A few hours later, I get in my truck and fire it up. Serius comes on, and on my deck it says, "Updating" and I thought, "Oh yea.... I bet my channels are going to be all screwed up now.... But guess what ? They were fine. Maybe some of the channels I don't listen to were switched, but the handful I listen to were the same.
Hmmmm,

Sirius merger rant......
I've been a Sirius subscriber for over 3 years now. This merger will possibly force me to cancel my service. None of the channels I frequently listen to have been wiped out, but the song selection is HORRIBLE now. I have an hour commute each way to work. I could easily listen to one of my frequent stations for the whole commute and enjoy each song played for the most part prior to this merger. Now my favorite channels are playing songs I cannot even tolerate. I have to check the station again to make sure it didn't change. I'm noticing for the most part the songs I can't tolerate are by groups I have never even heard of or a song I have never heard. This was not the case before the merger. I realize that my opinion may not necessarily reflect that of others, but I personally subscribed to Sirius to listen to music. I can’t stand morning talk shows and commercials from my local broadcast. I'd love to find some petition to sign or something to give my opinion about how disappointed I am with this merger.
