G.M. and Toyota's styling is hitting rock bottom. At least Nissan is trying to make an improvement.

I hope I haven't offended anyone who may own or want one of these....they just strike me as ugly.

Caprice the ugliest production car? I've seen uglier, what about the yugo? Or that celebrety cadillac? We all have different tastes I like the Cougar and the new Saabs but the Beetle has got to be the ugliest thing I've ever seen. To me they where ugly back then and still ugly today! That Monty-Carlo is butt ugly also...

Anyway just my opinion

I really hated putting two Ford products in the list but I didn't want to seem biased. I like the Focus sedan but not the hatchback. The Cougar is still growing on me.

That Yugo and Cimmaron were pretty ugly but at least they fit in well with the cars of their time. That Caprice doesn't fit in well with anything! It looks like a giant pregnant skateboard!

I have to disagree guys, I love the new Monte Carlo and Impala. Am looking at the Impala and Grand Prix for wife this fall. Right now the GP wins. The Monte is not in the running because there are no 4 doors.

Last weeek I was at the MPLS Auto Show. I took lots of pics with the digital camera (the F150 Harley Davidson PU was COOL!), but in addition to all the cool-looking cars I took shots of, there was this new compact Toyota model that, hands down, was the ugliest P.O.S. at the show. Don't remember the model name (ECHO?), but it looked like a wartime Citroen with some of the sharp angles smoothed off. And people were actually LOOKING at this thing! What were they thinking? The perfect car for Slim Whitman, I think.

Toyota RAV4, Honda CRV, Mercedes Benz M-Class.... get the picture all these wannabe SUVS. Has anyone seen a CRV from behind and checked out the drivetrain/suspension. A 240 lb dynamo like myself would break it crossing the street to Mini Mart.
