Please excuse my ignorance! What are the differences between the XLT and Lariats?

The Lariat comes standard with leather seats, Remote keyless entry, Auto headlights, body color signal mirrors, and in dash CD. The 4X2 also adds the 4X4 grill and fender flares and standard V8.
Thats all I can think of now, if I missed something someone else will chime in.
