You can use the windows cd and boot to it, chose that drive and delete partions that way.

 

I want to say thanks to everyone who helped me out. I got so sick of it that I returned the hard drive to BB and they gave me a new one. Its all installed and works like a charm now. I think that some or most of the hard drive had bad sectors or something. Just want to say thanks again.
